Quick Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. finely chopped, cooked broccoli or diced, cooked ham or crumbled, cooked bacon
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese (2 oz.) and 1/2 c. grated white American cheese or 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt (for broccoli) or 1/4 tsp. salt (for ham or bacon)
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Spray pie plate with Pam.
    Sprinkle the first 3 ingredients in dish.
    Beat the remaining ingredients together.
    Pour over other ingredients.
    Bake approximately 30 minutes at 400\u00b0 until brown and knife inserted comes out clean.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
