Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 1/8 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. each vanilla, butter flavoring and almond flavoring
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Make a well in center. Add eggs in well. Slightly beat eggs in well.
Add remaining ingredients and mix blend in mixer for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into 5 small or 2 large loaf pans, well-greased or sprayed with Pam.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Cool for 5 minutes in pan.
