Poppy Seed Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 packets Equal
    1 1/2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Cook and cool
    the vinegar, lemon juice and cornstarch. Put this cooled
    mixture
    into\tthe blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend only
    until well mixed. Store in refrigerator. Pour over
    romaine\tlettuce
    and slices of fruit, such as oranges, strawberries,
    kiwi,
    apples
    or
    pears.
    Shredded coconut or chopped pecans can also be added, if desired.
