Cheesie Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 bag (16 oz.) frozen veggies, thawed
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed (or butter flavor crackers)
Preparation
    Melt 1/4 c. margarine and velveeta cheese which has been cubed.
    Pour cheese over veggies; stir.
    Now melt remaining margarine.
    Add crushed crackers to coat.
    Sprinkle over veggie/cheese mixture.
