Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 diced potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 ribs chopped celery
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 slices bacon
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, celery, onions and salt.
    Fry bacon.
    Pour off 6 tablespoons of drippings.
    Stir flour into drippings.
    Cook a few minutes.
    Add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Add bacon and sauce to potatoes.
    Heat and serve.
