Beef Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    10 oz. cream cheese
    6 oz. wide noodles
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    4 c. tomato sauce
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/4 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Brown meat and drain off fat.
    Add tomato sauce to meat and simmer.
    Blend cream cheese and onion in bowl; add sour cream.
    Drain noodles.
    Rinse in cold water and drain again.
