Chinese Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. bacon drippings
    4 zucchini, sliced
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in bacon drippings in skillet until golden.
    Add remaining ingredients and 2 tablespoons water. Simmer, covered, for 5 to 8 minutes or until tender-crisp. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
