Skallops Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans vegetarian Skallops
    1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
    1 large jar favorite spaghetti sauce
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Dip each piece of gluten into eggs, then bread crumbs and brown in hot oil until golden brown.
    Layer in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish:
    gluten, tomato sauce, Mozzarella cheese.
    Top with sauce and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
