Lemony Cheesecake Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. real lemon juice concentrate
3/4 c. strawberry preserves
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press firmly in bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake for 8 minutes; cool.
Reduce oven temperature to 300\u00b0.
