Ethan'S Fish, The Easy Way - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium potato
    2 - 16 oz. cans tuna, drained
    1/4 cup tartar sauce
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 egg
    2 doz. Ritz Crackers
    olives, optional
Preparation
    Peel potato, cut into quarters and boil for 15 minutes. Remove and mash. Mix in the drained tuna, potato, tartar sauce, parsley and lemon juice. Divide the tuna mixture into 6 parts. Create a fish shape about 3/4 inch thick. Beat the egg
    shallow bowl and crush crackers in another shallow bowl. Dip the fish into the egg, then into the cracker crumbs. Place the pattie on cookie sheet and refrigerate for 2 hours. Bake the fish at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. An olive
    can be placed on each fish for the eye.
