Chicken And Cheese Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped pimientos
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dried basil
8 oz. lasagna noodles
2 c. ricotta cheese
3 c. chopped cooked chicken
1-1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, divided
1 c. grated parmesan cheese, divided
Preparation

Saute onion and bell pepper in water over medium-high heat. Add soup, pimientos, milk and basil and mix well.
Arrange half the noodles on the bottom of an 11x7 inch baking dish.
Spread half the soup mixture and half ricotta cheese over noodles. Arrange half the chicken on top of ricotta.
Sprinkle with half cheddar and half parmesan cheese.
Repeat layers of the remaining noodles, soup mixture, ricotta, and chicken.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered for 4 minutes.
