Stewed Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced celery
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. canned tomatoes
    4 Tbsp. chopped onions
    4 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil celery in water for 10 minutes, or until just tender-crisp; drain.
    Melt butter.
    Add chopped onion and green pepper; saute for about 5 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes and salt, then add celery.
    Simmer for 15 minutes longer.
    Serves 4.
