Veal With Cream Sherry(Chicken May Be Substituted) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken or veal, cut in bite size pieces
    1 c. flour
    1 large onion, chopped
    equal parts olive oil, margarine or butter
    3 c. water
    1/2 c. cream sherry (not cooking sherry)
    mushrooms (optional)
    salt and pepper
    garlic, chopped to taste
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Shake meat pieces in flour, salt and pepper to coat.
    Saute onion and garlic in oil and margarine.
    Brown meat.
    Add 3 cups water, bouillon cubes and sherry.
    Simmer about 1 hour.
    Serve over angel hair spaghetti.
