Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained and minced
1 (15 oz.) can chicken broth
3 c. milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Saute mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter.
Melt the other tablespoon butter in saucepan.
Add flour and stir until smooth. Add seasonings.
Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
Add minced onion.
Add chicken broth and mushrooms.
Continue to stir until mixture reaches boiling point but do not boil.
Serves 6.
