Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. onion salt
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained until very dry
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put sour cream, onion salt and garlic in blender or mix with fork.
    Add to all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Put in casserole.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake for 25 minutes.
