Easy Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 garlic clove
1 onion, chopped fine
2 cucumbers, chopped fine
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato bisque
1 can consomme
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. salt
black pepper
Preparation
-
Rub inside of bowl with garlic.
Combine soups and seasonings. Add chopped vegetables.
Mix well and chill several hours.
Even better the next day.
Serves 6.
