Auntie Joan'S Pepperoni Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. diced pepperoni
    1 c. diced Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell (defrosted, if frozen)
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine beaten eggs with pepperoni, Mozzarella cheese and Romano cheese.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake for about 45 minutes until the center is slightly puffed and a toothpick inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Do not overbake.
    Cut in wedges and serve hot.
