Apple Butter Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. apple butter
1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
Preparation

Pare sweet potatoes; cut into 1-inch cubes and cook in lightly salted boiling water to cover until tender.
Drain and cool.
Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Mix in apple butter, sugar and salt.
Add sweet potatoes.
Cook over medium heat until heated through, stirring often.
Turn into serving bowl.
Sprinkle with pecans.
