Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onions, diced
    2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 lb. ground pork
    1 c. white bread crumbs
    2 beaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. sugar (important)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Fry onions in butter and set aside.
    Mix ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs and eggs.
    Then add onions and the remainder of the ingredients.
    Form into small balls and fry in butter for one hour.
    If making smaller balls, would take about half an hour. Watch and do not burn.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
