Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. Jell-O (strawberry)
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 white cake mix

Preparation

Mix white cake mix according to directions on box.
Layer the first 4 ingredients onto bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Pour cake mix over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done. Top with Cool Whip.
