Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour for thickening
1/3 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. fruit (any kind)
Preparation

Mix and sift dry ingredients; cut in shortening. Beat egg; add to the milk. Mix well. Place fruit on bottom of pan.
Drop spoonfuls of batter over fruit until fruit is covered.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
