Raised Bow Ties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 c. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 large yeast cake, melted with 1/4 c. warm water
    1 lemon, juice and rind
    1 pinch of salt for each egg
    about 6 to 7 c. flour
    powdered sugar
    lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Beat eggs until creamy.
    Add butter, sugar, yeast mixture and flour.
    Cover and let raise for about 1 1/2 hours until doubled. Place dough on floured board and make the knots.
    If sticking, add a little more flour.
    Put on greased cookie sheet and let them raise again.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Frost with powdered sugar and lemon flavoring while warm.
