Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken, chopped
2 Tbsp. pimentos
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. toasted almonds, chopped
3/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. potato chips, crushed
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except cheese and potato chips. Place in greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, until bubbly.
Last 5 to 10 minutes before done, place on cheese and crushed chips.
Serves 6.
