Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
4 large eggs
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients.
Beat eggs and oil together; add to dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Add carrots last and mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 minutes, or until brown. Let cool before icing.
