Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. dry uncooked rice
    1/2 c. wine or cooking sherry (optional)
    1 c. chopped celery or broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    In an oval chicken roaster pan, stir together all ingredients, except chicken, adding 4 cans water.
    Press chicken down into rice mixture.
    Cover with lid; cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve hot. Serves 4 people.
