Parmesan-Crusted Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    5 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 egg
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    4 Tbsp. butter
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness between waxed paper. Cover chicken with 4 tablespoons of lemon juice.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
