Quick Cheesy Potatoes(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 little green onions, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 to 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, cook potatoes on High in microwave until tender.
Add remaining ingredients; cook until heated all the way through and cheese is melted.
Makes 12 to 16 servings.
