Mini Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cream cheese
    1 1/4 lb. shredded Cheddar
    3 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 large chopped onion
    2 small green peppers
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy and add other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Use medium size melon ball scoop.
    Make into balls. Roll in finely chopped nuts.
    Refrigerate.
    Makes 125 balls.
    Great for weddings!
