Ground Sirloin And Swiss Chard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sirloin
    Swiss chard or spinach
    1 chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    salt
    pepper
    oil
Preparation
    Boil Swiss chard.
    Drain and squeeze out water; chop up. Brown the ground sirloin with onion and garlic in oil.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Stir in Swiss chard.
    Serve on hard rolls.
