Scalloped Potatoes With Salami Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. milk
    4 c. thinly sliced, raw potatoes
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 lb. thinly sliced salami, quartered or cut into strips
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
    Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Add milk, stirring constantly.
    Cook until sauce is smooth and thickened.
    Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion and salami in a buttered 2-quart casserole, covering each layer of potatoes and meat with hot sauce.
