Maloney'S Baked Chicken (Lorraine) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up chicken
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. ginger
1 c. flour
Preparation

Wash chicken and dry. Shake in bag flour, poultry seasoning and ginger with chicken.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Melt 1 stick butter and baste every 1/2 hour.
