Honey Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. Quaker oats (Quick or old-fashioned, uncooked)
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add
    milk,
    oil,
    egg
    and
    honey to combined remaining ingredients,
    mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill
    12
    greased
    or paper lined medium sized muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake in preheated hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 1 dozen muffins.
