Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 c. pumpkin (No. 303 can)
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2/3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. each: raisins and nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and pour into 4 (1 pound) greased and floured coffee cans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until tested done in center.
