Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Parboil chicken in water with vinegar (approximately 1/2 hour). Combine all ingredients.
    Coat chicken.
    Barbecue on grill.
    Recoat as necessary.
    Grill until golden brown.
    Serves approximately 2 to 3 people.
