Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 3/4 c. whole milk
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt or nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs until completely foamy; add sugar and beat until sugar is dissolved.
Add milk, vanilla and salt or nutmeg.
Pour in unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn oven down to 350\u00b0 and bake until firm.
