Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. broken thin pretzels
    1 c. melted butter
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. granulated sugar
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    2 cans pineapple or cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, spread broken thin pretzels; pour melted butter over pretzels and bake 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Cool.
    Mix together cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip and pour over pretzel crust.
    Top with pineapple or cherry pie filling.
    Chill before serving.
