Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. peach preserves
    1 egg
    flour
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2/3 c. chopped pecans, toasted
Preparation
    Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 400\u00b0.
    Line 10 muffin cups with muffin papers.
