Easy Holiday Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 2/3 c. mince meat (1 jar)
    15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 c. (1 lb.) mixed dried candied fruits & peels
    1 c. walnut meats, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Butter and flour 9 inch tube pan.
    Sift together flour and baking soda.
    Combine eggs, mince meat, condensed milk, fruits and nuts.
    Fold in dry ingredients.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake slow at 300\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
    Until center springs back when lightly touched with fingers and top is golden.
    Cool slightly and turn out of pan.
