Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Sift flour and first 5 ingredients.
Beat eggs in sugar.
Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
Spread in greased and floured cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Loosen edges and turn onto waxed paper or towel.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and roll.
Chill until cool.
Unroll and spread with filling and roll again.
