Rice Napoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. sliced, pitted, ripe olives
1 envelope Italian style dressing mix
1 bag Success 10-Minute brown rice, cooked
1 c. shredded pack skim Mozzarella cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1 can Italian style tomatoes
Preparation

Cook and stir pepper and garlic in margarine until tender. Add tomatoes and salad dressing.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in rice and top with cheese.
Sprinkle with olives.
Serves 4.
