Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
8 to 10 potatoes, sliced or wedged
Preparation

Melt margarine in baking dish.
Combine flour, cheese and seasonings in plastic bag.
Moisten potatoes in water and place in bag; shake.
