Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour milk
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add egg and beat well.
Add dry ingredients alternately with sour milk.
Add vanilla and mix well.
