Mini-Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Nilla wafers
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Place 1 wafer in each foil-lined muffin pan.
    Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
    Beat well and add eggs.
    Mix well. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Chill.
    Top with pie filling.
    Makes 1 dozen.
