Second Time Around Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cold baked potatoes
    small amount of cooking oil
    parsley flakes, garlic powder or garlic powder and a little oregano
Preparation
    Slice cold baked potatoes into thick slices.
    Pour a small amount of cooking oil onto cookie sheet.
    Place potato slices in oil, turning so potato slices are completely coated with oil. Sprinkle with parsley flakes, garlic powder or garlic salt and a little oregano.
    Turn slices and sprinkle with same.
    Bake in hot oven until slightly brown and piping hot.
