Fluffy Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all but vanilla in top of double boiler and beat over boiling water until it stands in peaks.
    Add vanilla and continue beating until thick enough to spread.
