Salisbury Steak Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    black pepper (taste)
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly 1/4 cup soup with remaining ingredients. Set aside the rest of the soup. Shape into 6 patties. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat. Mix the rest of soup with 1/3 cup water and pour over meat. Bake 10 minutes.
