Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. tomato catsup
2 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. red pepper
3/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
1 c. salt pork liquor
1 c. sugar
6 to 8 cloves garlic, scored
1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil on high.
Remove pieces of garlic.
Yields about 1 quart.
