Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. mace
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix first 7 dry ingredients well.
    In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
    Stir into dry ingredients until just moist.
    Pour batter into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing.
