Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. broken pretzels
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. sugar
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Melt margarine and mix with broken pretzels and 1/2 cup of sugar.
    Cook over low heat for 7 minutes.
    Pour into baking dish and cool, then break into small pieces.
    Set aside.
