Stew E Z - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    potatoes
    carrots
    onion
    1 small can tomatoes
    beef or chicken bouillon (if wanted)
Preparation
    Brown meat (dredge in flour with salt and pepper).
    Have water boiling.
    Add browned meat.
    (Browning the meat gives the flavor.) Simmer 4 to 5 hours or until tender.
    Add quartered potatoes, carrots, onion and can of tomatoes.
    Season with salt and pepper. Add a couple packages of beef bouillon.
    Continue simmering until vegetables are done.
